All SMS sent via 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns.

Transactional SMS: Requires prior consent (e.g., providing number at booking).

Marketing SMS: Requires prior express written consent (e.g., “I agree to receive promotional texts from SinCity Cleaners” with signature or digital checkbox + double opt-in).

Every message includes: sender ID, opt-out (STOP), help (HELP), and brief description.

No SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).

Frequency capped per CTIA best practices.


4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only with:

Website analytics: 26 months.

Our services are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
