SinCity Cleaners

Welcome to SinCity Cleaners ("we," "us," or "our"), a professional cleaning service provider based in Las Vegas, Nevada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, and cleaning services. By accessing our website, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, window cleaning, and deep cleaning add-ons. Services are performed by trained, background-checked professionals using industry-standard, eco-friendly products unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable).
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to adjust arrival windows due to traffic, prior job duration, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted upfront and include labor, standard supplies, and travel within our Las Vegas service area.
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion via credit/debit card, ACH, or approved digital wallet.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store full card details.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe access to the property (e.g., keys, alarm codes, or on-site presence).
Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to service.
Disclose any known hazards (e.g., mold, biohazards, pest infestations).
Ensure parking is available or provide parking instructions.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost within 48 hours, subject to availability.
6. SMS Communications
We may send SMS messages for:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service updates
Satisfaction surveys
Promotional offers (only with your prior express written consent)
A2P Compliance (TCPA, CTIA, 10DLC):
You consent to receive SMS from our 10DLC-registered number when you provide your phone number and opt in.
Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking).
Standard carrier rates apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (you’ll receive one confirmation; no further marketing texts will be sent. Transactional messages may continue if necessary).
Help: Reply HELP for support.
Re-Opt-In: Text START or contact us.
We do not use autodialers for marketing without written consent. All messages identify us as the sender.
7. Liability & Insurance
We carry general liability insurance.
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation of fixtures, or normal wear and tear.
Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service session.
You assume risk for items not disclosed or secured.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by SinCity Cleaners and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for safety, non-payment, or policy violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
